Black and Out is a collective of professionals who are black, out, and proud. Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for black LGBTQIA+ individuals in the tech industry. We believe in the importance of representation and visibility, and we are dedicated to elevating the voices and experiences of our community.
At Black and Out, we provide a supportive platform for black and out professionals to connect, network, and uplift each other. Our aim is to foster an elevated sense of community within the black in tech space and to create opportunities for personal and professional growth through mentorship, career development resources, and networking events.

With experience at top companies like Meta, Airbnb, and Brex, I've honed my skills in building company culture, crafting diversity strategies, and curating experiential events. Whether shaping culture or orchestrating events, my aim is to create inclusive spaces where all voices are celebrated and empowered.
